Halloween and Thanksgiving!

It has been a whirlwind Halloween Season!

We came back from Disney and went trick or treating with Hudson and Sloane!

We went to our neighbor's Halloween Party. Lots of kiddos and lots of fun!

I'm sure Chris was miserable. HAHAHA!

We got to see great-grandma!

 

We went to a UK game with Dave and Tara!

We celebrated Thanksgiving at our house with family.

 

We got a no-cavity report!

 

We started Christmas shopping (I AM SO BEHIND!!)

Maddie went to a sleepover.

I looked at her this day and thought, "How did she get so big that she is going to sleepovers?"

She had a great time crafting with her friends.

Speaking of crafting, we went to Claire's "Arty" Party. It was a blast. The girls made slime, painted ornaments, did a sand necklace, etc.

Then, because it's party season, we went to Breckin's birthday at Main Event!

 Maddie was so scared to play laser tag, I had to hop in with her. She loved it!

I took the little ladies for mani/pedis.

And we got ready for the holidays!

Magic Kingdom

We spent our last day at Disney at Magic Kingdom!

We met a ton of characters!

We rode all the rides we could squeeze in.

I *think* Sydney liked Mine Train. Ha!

Maddie was super nervous the first time we rode Space Mountain.

But she LOVED it so we had to ride it for a second and third time. She really got into the photos each time.

We took a ton of photos!

What a great great week at Disney World! So many fun memories made!

Epcot - Food and Wine Festival

Epcot in October is my favorite!

The weather is gorgeous and the Food and Wine Festival is amazing. We love to snack around the world.

Mission Space went through a refurbishment this year, but mom and I still refused to ride it. Because, dizziness and claustrophobia are things that I'm not really into. 

Maddie wanted to ride the intense "orange" side but Syd was only tall enough for "green." 

Chris rode with Maddie and Syd talked to grandpa into riding with her.

We did all of the fun headliners!

We had a yummy supper at the Garden Grill.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!

We rested on Tuesday (well, as much "resting" as one does at Disney) and then met up with our neighbors for Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party. It was an absolute blast!

The party was incredible - there were very little waits for the rides!

We also met a lot of princesses, including one we hadn't met before - Elena!

Sydney was VERY into the characters this trip.

Tiana is always so stunning.

We saw the special Halloween Parade and Fireworks (but pics didn't really turn out well for either.) and rode a TON of rides.

The party ended at midnight. We told the girls as long as they didn't throw a fit, we could stay as long as they lasted. And...they lasted the WHOLE TIME. We were literally still on Big Thunder Mountain at 12:01 AM! Last selfie of the night! BTM is the girls new favorite - we rode it at least 4 times!
