Taking our "zoo" to Animal Kingdom.

Another Disney day, another park. Often considered a "glorified zoo," Animal Kingdom is the park that tends to get left out of many people's trips. But, we never leave it out. We love it!

We had a week to get a good picture of all four of them.
Wasn't long enough.

We walked in and got a quick peek at DiVine!

I literally have no idea what's going on here.

We got to see Pocahontas. This was a first for the girls!

On the Wildlife Express Train to Rafiki's Planet Watch.

Affection Section!

Rafiki!

All aboard Expedition Everest!

Dino Dig!

Mads and Danielle on Kali River Rapids.

Me and the little girls on the Safari.

Sydney bit the dust HARD. She slept the entire Festival of the Lion King show (which has loud music, drums and fire jugglers. But whatevs. Girlfriend was whooped.)

Maddie spotted these dancers in the middle of the street, and we had to dance with them every time we passed.
Side note: this big girl of mine is getting more and more confident in doing things on her own. Kindergarten has been such a boost for her!

As I was saying...

Family photo in front of Expedition Everest.

Bug's Life! Yay! We made it through the whole show. No one had to evacuate this year!

Some late night pin-trading.

And, just like that, we closed another park!

Hollywood Studios

After our day off from the parks, we were back at rope drop at Hollywood Studios! We raced right over to sign up for Jedi Training Academy and couldn't believe all of the people in line to sign-up.

We waited in line about 30 minutes just to sign up for a later show. While we waited, I told the ladies to smile for a picture.

That about sums them up. :)

We headed to Toy Story Mania and rode that a few times while the wait was small.

We had a fun lunch with some Disney Junior characters at Hollywood and Vine!

The adults switched off and rode some rides!
On my kid shift, I entertained them with a tickle train. Chris refused to join but he did take a photo.

Parents should have fun too, right?!

While the other adults took Hudson and Maddie on Star Tours, I took the two smallest girls to see Olaf!

Sydney was SO happy!

Then we reported back for Jedi Training! Maddie and Hudson had no idea what to expect.

They got dressed in their robes and had a pep talk from the trainer.

Marching to battle.

All was well until Darth Vader came out.

And Maddie was legit terrified.

A closer look.

Learning to fight.

The Sister!

Maddie in battle.

And then, they used the force!

And Darth was defeated!

After a long day at the Studios we headed to the Beach Club for a Cape May Cafe seafood dinner. And then, we walked around the boardwalk and had some ice cream.

Ice cream at my new favorite place on property: Ample Hills Creamery. Ice cream was AMAZING.

And, then we called it a day. Kids were delirious and things got a little silly on the bus back to our resort.
Another fun day at Disney!
