On Wednesday, we park-hopped. And, it was probably a little aggressive for having two kids so little. We made it to Hollywood Studios for rope drop and my parents took the girls back to Toy Story so Chris and I could do the thrill rides.
Mommy's Favorite: Tower of Terror
Daddy's Favorite: Rock N Roller Coaster
Maddie's Favorite: Toy Story Mania
Sydney's Favorite: Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground
For a lot of the ride pictures, Chris and I acted silly since we knew where the cameras were. I was genuinely afraid on Tower of Terror though. This face is real.
We took a selfie on Rockin Roller Coaster before it blasted us off!
We met up with my parents who were with Maddie meeting Princess Sofia from Sofia the First.
Then we headed in to the Disney Junior show. This was a must on our list since Maddie knows all of the Disney JR shows: Sofia, Doc McStuffins, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Jake.
It's a quick show but the girls really enjoyed it. Bubbles, pirate coins and streamers fell from the sky so they thought that was fun and they loved hearing all of the music from their favorite shows.
Sydney stood and danced in the aisle.
Chris and I took the girls to the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground while my parents and sister rode the Tower.
They loved running wild in here.
Maddie went up in this huge climbing maze several times.
We used our fast passes for Toy Story. My parents had already taken the girls on it earlier, so they knew just what to do.
On the way out, we spotted an army man from Toy Story.
By this point in the week, Maddie would hug any character she saw. Sydney is still like MEH.
There were a few rides we knew were musts at Magic, since we had missed them on Sunday. We waited in line for Haunted Mansion. It was moving really slowly so we should have known something was up. I was nervous it would scare Maddie. She did great. Really great, considering we got stuck on it! It wasn't too terrible but it kept stopping. She was stuck in one room with a scary talking head for at least 7 minutes. Ha.
Waiting in line for the Haunted Mansion!
Then we played while we waited for Winnie the Pooh.
Disney has really vamped up their queues for a lot of their rides. It passes the time when you have kiddos. We didn't spend too much time waiting, but it's nice to know that's an option.
Dumbo even has its own air-conditioned indoor playground that you play on while you wait your turn to ride. We had no wait so we didn't go in, but I will remember that for next time.
See little Syd waving at me from her Dumbo seat.
I told Maddie this was her last day at Magic Kingdom and she was so sad. She loved this park!
