Life at the beach

I know I have had a ton of Cape Cod posts...but we had so much fun and took so many pictures!! Here's some fun beach shots.

Maddie and Quinn headed to Claflin Landing!

Madeline and Dane. She follows him all over the place.

The kids LOVED when the ice cream man stopped at the beach!

Madeline loves spending time with "big girls" like herself.

Just the girl cousins!

Maddie loved digging in the sand with her big shovel!

Love this girl.

And this one.
Sydney usually had to have a little naked dunk before we left each day. Grandpa even joked we should change her name from Sydney to Sandy since, well, she was always COVERED in the stuff.

DANCE PARTY!

These two. Maybe there's hope for Quinn and Sydney.

We like to tell Madeline to pose like a model. She's a riot!

My sister is so silly. I look at her like this A LOT. I call it my "I'm surrounded by crazy people" face.

My little lovely ladies

She is always kissing her sister!

Love this one!

Sydney does Cape Cod!

We had pretty great weather on the Cape this time...lots and lots of beach fun! This was Sydney's first trip and it was a little crazy since she's still so small and not walking. (But very very very mobile!)

Basically we let Sydney do whatever would make her happy. Except eat sand.
(Which she tried to do some days.)

She did remarkably well on the beach I thought.

She liked playing on the boats...

Here's a no-hat shot. Look at those locks coming in!

Sometimes we took her in the water.

Y'all. I'm so tired. Like whoa. That beach WEARS me out.

Sydney would nap twice a day. Usually for about 90 minutes in the early morning and then 2-3 hours in the afternoon/early evening. That sun WORE her out!

She is a beach beach baby!

The cousins come!

On Wednesday, Laura, Dane and Quinn came to town. The kids have been running around and having a great time!

A little downtime

Family time at the Squire

One day, she will be a teenager. I think about that every day.

All the kiddos are sleeping so I'm having a little quiet time myself!
